What We Expect from You: We ask that clients provide timely feedback, clear instructions, and all necessary content for their project. Your cooperation is vital in achieving the best possible results. You agree to collaborate in a professional manner and adhere to the established policies outlined below.
Please review these terms carefully before purchasing a service.
1. Turnaround Time

Each design service has a unique timeframe, which can be found in the service description on our website.

Weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated timeframe.

Revisions may extend the completion time of your project.

Rush services are available (see Rush Service Policy).
2. Design Satisfaction Policy

Client input is crucial during the design process to ensure we capture your vision accurately.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear direction and honest feedback throughout the process.

Each client is entitled to 3 revisions per project. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction alone if reasonable effort has been made to meet your design requests.
3. Submission of Information

After purchasing a service, all required details, content, and instructions must be submitted via email to destineddesignsshop@gmail.com.

4. Rush Service Policy

Rush services are available with a 24-48 hour turnaround time (weekends and holidays excluded).

Rush service fees are charged in addition to the base design fee.

Revisions are not included in the rush timeframe and may extend completion time.

While we aim to maintain high-quality designs for rush orders, these projects may not receive the same creative analysis as those within the standard timeframe.
5. Pricing

6. Payment Policy

All payments are processed through PayPal or debit/credit cards.

Payment is required before work on your design begins.
7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed designs unless an error was made on our end that was not corrected within the agreed revision process.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your final design.
8. Communication Policy

All communications regarding your project should be conducted via email to ensure clear documentation of requests, revisions, and approvals.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.
9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellations made after 24 hours may result in a partial refund based on the progress of the project.

Rush orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
10. Liability Policy

Destined Designs Shop is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, or design misuse once final files are delivered.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all content, spelling, and details before approving the final design.
11. Expectations Policy

Clients are expected to provide timely responses to questions, feedback requests, and approvals to avoid project delays.

Clear communication and cooperation are essential for achieving your desired results.
12. Dispute Policy

In the event of a dispute, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through communication and collaboration.

If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated to PayPal’s dispute resolution process.
13. Ghost Fee Policy

If a client fails to respond to communication attempts for 14 consecutive days during an active project, a ghost fee may be applied to resume work.

The ghost fee covers the time needed to revisit project details and re-establish workflow.
14. Ownership & Usage

Once the final design is delivered and paid in full, you own the rights to use it for personal or business purposes.

Destined Designs Shop retains the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By purchasing a service from Destined Designs Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Your purchase serves as your acceptance of these terms.
